I met Erica about a month before her wedding - yes, a month! She didn't know that she had to provide lighting over the lawn at Powel Crosley, we discussed how this was quite important (see photo) and in 1 short hour we had her whole wedding orchestrated and she felt "so much less stress!" After we got that covered, we spent the next month working on the details, which worked out perfectly. Her closest friends and family spent the day sipping mimosa's (a must for my clients) and being pampered (also a must) at The Powel Crosely Estate bridal suite while I finished up the details. To compliment her new last name, Erica chose to gift each guest with a custom bar of artesian soap with "FRESH" imprinted which was such a unique idea! Her simple, yet perfect floral touches of fresh baby's breath and wine bottles (wine lovers for sure!) were the icing on the cake if you will. I loved how each detail was reflective of who they were as a couple and who they would be as husband and wife. There were vows, kisses, eating and dancing - then lot's of celebrating! I love all my couples, but Matt & Erica showed a love for each other and of life that was so re-FRESHing, I couldn't get enough. I am fortunate to say we still keep in touch, and I so enjoy seeing how their life together unfolds! Scott comes from a very traditional family while Elizabeth has a more of an alternative look and take on life! Their super sweet wedding was full of romantic touches, shades of lavender and mint that complimented her bridal party so well! They said "I DO" outdoors and afterwards celebrated with their closest family and friends. The touches of ivory lace on her gown and veil complimented her wildflower bouquet perfectly. They were just the most adorable couple and I wish them a lifetime of love and happiness! That was the start of their wedding vision, and all the details fell into place from there! Her bridesmaids relaxed, sipped cocktails and enjoyed hair and make up services from Patrice Womack Beauty. The groomsmen spent the day in the game room at Lakewood Ranch Country Club laughing and catching up!
Heather Lauren Photography was on site to capture all the special moments and details of their ballroom ceremony. Surrounded by family and friends they said "I DO", sealed it with a kiss and smiled from ear to ear! The reception was a party with Jam All Day Entertainment playing all the best, leading dances and showing guests how to have fun in their on site photo booth. The groom even serenaded his new wife with an original song, written just for this occasion. Laurel & Tony had a vision - shades of mint and pale pink with elegant accents of gold and ivory and that is what I am proud to have given them. They are such a special couple and I wish them a lifetime of love and happiness!
