Liz and Ivano’s Clearwater Beach wedding was filled with New Year’s Eve glam.

Their intimate destination wedding was the perfect getaway for their friends and family from the Big Apple.

The sophisticated New Year’s Eve black and white color palate had plenty of POP with the infusion of metallics throughout the wedding day.

Liz looked stunning in her luxurious form-fitting wedding gown. Her spectacular bridal bouquet of tropical anthurium and orchids was entwined with a touch of whimsical grapevine.

And, what says classic glam better than arriving at your wedding in a vintage white Rolls Royce?

Surrounded by family and friends, the couple exchanged rings and wedding vows in a traditional Catholic Nuptial Mass.

Following their wedding ceremony, the couple and wedding party headed off from of beachside photos.

Wedding guests were serenaded by the moody sounds of a solo saxophone as they returned to the Opal Sands for cocktail hour on the Event Lawn.

Inside, the resort’s ballroom was decked out in old-school glam. An oversized black and white checkerboard dancefloor filled the center of the room.

The dancefloor was framed by a lounge area mixing sleek white leather sofas, modern metallic tables, and lush organic floral arrangements.

The room was filled with an eclectic mix of round and long reception tables, moving out from the dancefloor.

Black linens and clear acrylic chairs allowed the bold white floral centerpieces to pop. Metallic vases, candleholders, and gold flatware added sparkle to the tablescape.

The newlyweds kicked off the celebration with their first dance to “Lover” by Taylor Swift.

The evening continued with touching toast and a delicious multi-course dinner.

Personalized touches filled the evening. From the cigar bar with custom matches, adorable napkins with their dog, Mia Sophia, to some of the couple’s favorite midnight snacks like Truffle Mac and Cheese, Mini Pretzels, and Queso.

And, no New Year’s Eve wedding would be complete without some New Year’s Eve swag like 2022 hats, glasses, and glow sticks.

Wedding guests packed the dance floor and rang in the New Year with Liz and Ivano to the sounds of Frank Sinatra’s New York, New York!

Bee and Phil’s wedding story was a long time in the making.

It began with Phil’s proposal in Positano, on the Amalfi Coast, in December of 2018.

This was followed by their engagement party at the Chandler Hill Vineyards in St. Louis in June of 2019.

Their original wedding date was for October 2020. However, COVID changed those plans.

So, our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team could not have been happier for them when they were finally able to come together with family and friends in an incredible 3-day celebration!

Their spectacular wedding weekend began Thursday night with a traditional Sangeet.

This welcome party on the Ritz Carlton Lawn was filled with music, dance performances by family and friends, Mehendi, and incredible food stations.

It was amazing to see everyone come together to honor this sweet couple.

The second day began with ritual Mameru and Haldi ceremonies. The beautiful bride was presented with gifts of sweets, clothing, and jewelry.

This was followed by the bride and groom-to-be receiving purifying turmeric scrubs.

After some time to change into their beautiful wedding attire, the couple had their first look and a photo session at The Ringling before their wedding ceremony.

The wedding celebration began with Phil’s Baraat. His arrival in a Lamborghini was followed by a welcome by Bee’s family, the arrival of the bride, and their wedding ceremony on a spectacular mandap.

The mandap was the perfect blending of a new, modern structure with the elegnce of greenery, lush floral embellishments and a crystal chandelier with more traditional South  Asian symbolism.

The wedding ceremony was followed by Mocktails, Hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and more dancing.

Saturday was dedicated to a more western style wedding reception in the Ritz Carlton’s ballroom.

The evening began with the couple’s first dance, parent dances, special performances by the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and several toasts before dinner.

The entire weekend was a luxurious pairing of tradition and modern elegance.

Each event had its own color story and design concept. The tablescapes, linens, lounge furnishings, and personal details reflected that evening’s events but blended seamlessly for an elegant three-day wedding.

This chic Powel Crosley wedding was a long time in the making. 738 days, to be exact!

Between planning and postponement, Caroline and Ross were ready to party accordingly, and our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team was happy to oblige!

A morning of preparation and relaxation included having personal details photographed, hair and makeup, lunch, and some fabulous wedding portraits.

The waterfront wedding ceremony at the historic Powel Crosley Estate was set with elegant clear acrylic chairs allowing the backdrop to pop.

The aisle was dotted with brightly colored floral arrangements, leading to a luxurious floating floral wedding structure.

With Ross, the wedding party, and family in place, Caroline, escorted by her brother, made her entrance to “Tandoori” by Wavewalker.

The couple exchanged wedding vows and rings surrounded by loved ones, sealing their vows with a kiss to “Signed, Sealed, Delivered!”

After some photos with their wedding party, the newlyweds headed off for some time alone and some incredible wedding portraits.

Meanwhile, guests enjoyed scrumptious passed hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and some bubbles from a Prosecco truck.

The focal point of the cocktail hour was the escort card wall. A beautiful display of mini Margaritas were garnished with fresh lime and each guests’ escort card.

The adjoining lounge area with an eclectic mix of furnishings was the ideal place to relax and enjoy the day!

Under a luxurious sailcloth tent, dining tables combine an eclectic mix of luxury linens, rustic wooden tables, and modern acrylic chairs.

The tabletop designs paired lush floral arrangement in boldly colored flowers with fresh citrus, candles, and incredible place settings.

Each guests’ place setting mixed collections of vintage glassware with modern gold flatware, iridescent charger plates, and custom menu cards.

Following introductions, guests enjoyed individual artisan cheese and charcuterie boards and tableside wine service.

Welcome toasts were intermixed with a delicious dinner and cake cutting.

After a while on the dance floor, guests were treated to a gelato cart and some late-night snacks, closing out the evening with a private fireworks display.

Yes, Caroline and Ross, we’d say everyone partied accordingly after a long wait!

Cleveland Rocks is not just a song. It absolutely describes Geoffrey and Jill's wedding!

This past summer, our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team went on the road to Cleveland for a spectacular destination wedding.

The couple met working in Tampa but never started dating until both had separately moved to Chicago for their jobs.

Their luxurious Cleveland wedding took place at the Metropolitan at the 9, the Ameritrust Tower, formerly the Cleveland Trust Tower.

With mixed metals throughout its décor, century-old bank vaults, and rooftop deck overlooking the city, the iconic bank building gave guests a mix of new and old Cleveland.

After spending the morning getting ready, the couple met on the rooftop deck for their first look and some photos before making their way down to the vault for some memorable images.

Jill and Geoffrey exchanged their wedding vows on the hotel's rooftop deck before enjoying cocktails with their guests in the Vault Speakeasy.

This popular Cleveland destination in the former bank's vaults is filled with lush furnishings and is known for its craft cocktails.

The Mint Ballroom was the next destination. Our team created a luxurious setting, balancing the bold geometric carpeting with solid colored linens, lush monochromatic white florals, and candlelight.

Mixed metal chargers and candelabras alongside striking metallic tone napkins added visual impact.

After their first dance to 'I Chose You' by Ryann Darling and a welcome by the groom, the newlyweds, and their guests enjoyed a luxurious multi-course dinner.

Before the delicious main course, the dining experience included Salad, Italian Wedding Soup, and Bucatini Bolognese.

Following several touching toasts, the newlyweds took to the dance floor with their parents for traditional Father-Daughter and Mother-Son dances before asking their guests to join in.

The evening continued with a surprise visit by the Cleveland Browns Mascot, an assortment of Calzones as late-night snacks, and an afterparty where the couple danced the night away.

For our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team, working with Nikko and Chris was nothing less than pure bliss.

They intended to be married in Hawaii, but when COVID changed their plans, they chose to transform their backyard into the wedding of their dreams.

Love of travel and passion for music festivals is where they began to build memories together. Their wedding was a music lover’s dream combining a fabulous mix of music, explosions of color, and texture. It was truly magical and filled with so much love.

Their day began at the Opal Sands Resort on Clearwater Beach. They spent the morning getting ready, having their first look and some fantastic portraits along the Gulf of Mexico.

Returning to their home, their ceremony space was set with dark wood chairs lined with brilliantly colored fans and floral arrangements leading to a tree filled with shimmering twinkle lights.

Chris was all smiles as his bride-to-be made her way across the lawn.

Beautiful bubbles filled their air as Nikko made her way down the aisle.

After a touching wedding ceremony, the couple sealed their vows with a kiss to the sounds of “High on Life” by Martin Garrix.

In addition to their photographer and videographer, the day was beautifully captured by a live event painter.

The cocktail hour was full of good vibes as guests enjoyed the Signature Cocktails, Tink-A-Rita, and Ziggy’s Old Fashioned while leaving good energy in a unique guest book.

The reception space was designed with lush lounge seating, blending mod with modern with colorful, eclectic details. The evening was filled with incredible detailing, from custom neon creations to personal photographs, a luxurious dining space, and a beer garden.

The newlywed’s first dance was followed by welcoming their guests and a blessing by the bride.

Guests dined on delicious dinner stations that included fresh local seafood, oak-grilled tenderloin of beef, grilled vegetables and pasta, and wild mushroom risotto.

The backyard made a magical transformation as the sun went down.

The evening continued with touching toasts, mother-son dance, and a packed dancefloor before the couple cut their geode-inspired wedding cake.

One of our favorite details was the couple’s silent disco, allowing the party to continue late into the night in a space filled with fun glow sticks and disco balls. The evening was truly magical!

Our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team thoroughly enjoyed our time working with Kathryn and Josh on their Siesta Key wedding.

Like many other couples planning during Covid, plans changed continuously to make their beautiful wedding come together.

They both have a love for the ocean, nature, and all things organic. So, many of their wedding elements reflect their fun personalities and their love of their animals.

Their rustic and natural décor with subtle modern pops reflected this incredible couple.

Kathryn and Josh each spent the morning with their wedding parties. They relaxed, enjoyed time with those closest to them, and individually took portraits with their wedding parties.

Their intimate beach wedding was set in front of a beautiful Circle Arbor.

The arbor was decorated with lush floral and greenery swags, with views of the Gulf of Mexico in the background.

Kathryn made her entrance, escorted by her mother, to “The Best of Me” by Secret Nation.

The couple’s intimate beach wedding included personally written vows and a Unity Ceremony where they planted a beautiful Magnolia tree together. After sealing their wedding vows with a kiss – several times – the newlywed made their exit to “Love Me Like You Do” by Ellie Goulding.

After a few toasts with their wedding party, the newlyweds and their family took some time for portraits while wedding guests enjoyed Cocktail Hour.

A solo saxophone played in the background as guests created a custom Jenga set for the couple by writing wishes and advice on each block.

They were treated to delicious passed hors d ‘oeuvres and Signature Drinks, each named for one of the couple’s five cats and dog.

A favorite detail of the cocktail hour was the display of seating assignments. The ‘Take a Seat and Take a Shot’ signs for each table came with individual shots.

A nod to the couple meeting at their friends’ wedding over shots.

The entryway into the reception tent was swagged with fabric and lush natural greenery, giving the feeling of wandering into a secluded garden.

Tables were draped in crisp white linens and set with incredible, eclectic collections of plants and herbs that could be planted after the wedding.

The containers with miniature floral arrangements mixed rustic terracotta, vintage containers, and mercury glass.

Each place setting combined rustic wooden charger plates layered with navy blue napkins and fresh herbs alongside contemporary gold flatware and amethyst-colored pressed glass. The mixing of rustic and modern, polished and natural, was magical.

After guests were seated for the reception, the bride and groom made their entrance. They took to the dance floor for their beautifully choreographed first dance to “Let It Be Me” by Ray LaMontagne.

The evening was filled with welcome toasts by both mothers, scrumptious dinner stations, and lots of dancing. All followed by the couple cutting their three-tiered wedding cake pressed with ferns and dotted with light blue and pink florals.

Ending their evening under a shower of sparklers, Kathryn and Josh headed off with their guests for an after-party that lasted late into the night.

Our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team had such an incredible time working with Sarah and Xavier on their Tampa wedding.

Hosting a wedding at a private residence can be a little different than starting with an empty wedding venue.

In this case, we began by covering the pool to offer as much open space as possible.

For our couple and their wedding parties, the day began with each party getting ready. With Sarah and Xavier choosing not to have a First Look, they spent time on photos with their wedding parties.

One of our favorite parts of their wedding was that it was entirely designed in a neutral color palette! In working with soft earth tones, the wedding design is all about textures and unique elements.

From contrasting colors of the wedding program to the lush grasses and dried elements of the bouquets and ceremony décor, it was an explosion of texture and balancing tone on tone colors.

The ceremony space, arranged over the pool, was set with rich fruitwood chairs. The aisle was lined with floral arrangements that led to a unique architectural backdrop and unique floral creations.

It is easy to see how much Sarah and Xavier are in love as they exchange their wedding vows and rings in a touching ceremony surrounded by family and friends.

Following the wedding ceremony, guests enjoyed Cocktail Hour while the couple and family took photos.

The newlywed's portrait session included some fun pictures in the vintage Photo Bus – something their guests couldn't get enough of!

The waterfront reception space was created under a canopy of twinkling lights. The newlywed's sweetheart table sat at the head of the space with the couple seated under a custom-designed neon light.

Long wooden tables overflowed with unique vessels filled with soft grasses, dried natural elements, and textured flowers. Woven charger plates, gold flatware, and custom acrylic name cards completed the look.

The reception began with a toast by the evening's host, the Father of the Groom. A delicious multi-course dinner followed.

As the sunset, Sarah and Xavier took to the dance floor for their first dance to "Simply the Best," the Noah Reid version from Schitt's Creek.

The evening continued with parent dances and the cake cutting using a Navy Ceremonial Sword.

It also included a Cigar Bar with hand-rolled cigars and came to a close with the couple's Grand Exit under a shower of sparklers!

There are very few things more spectacular than a Sarasota sunset. Except for maybe a breathtaking Sarasota sunset wedding.

And, our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team adored working with Camille and Darold to make their dream wedding come to life.

As they got ready, the morning portraits of Camille and her wedding party took full advantage of the venue’s details and the wedding flowers during their installation.

Darold and the guys got into it too. Their portrait sessions were filled with details from the bride’s incredible shoes and wedding gowns- three different looks to the groom’s classic tuxedo.

Following the couple’s first look and some portraits, they prepared for the beautiful sunset wedding ceremony on the Powell Crosley Estate’s lawn.

Camille made her entrance escorted by her brother to “You Bring Me Joy” sung live. She was stunning on her luxurious ballgown carrying a lush cascading bridal bouquet.

Darold and the wedding parties looked on as the bride made her way to the clear acrylic wedding structure draped in incredible florals.

And, the sunset created the perfect backdrop for this elegant wedding ceremony.

The newlyweds’ guests enjoyed cocktails and lite bites to the sounds of a live piano and saxophone duo as the couple, and their wedding party took advantage of the last glimpse of sunlight for some photos before dinner.

Under a canopy of twinkle lights and crystal chandeliers, the evening reception was set around an oversized black and white dance floor.

Tables were draped in textured pink satin linens and set with lush floral arrangements in shades of pink and white. High gloss black chairs and black table accents popped against the soft pink backdrop adding modern touches.

The newlyweds made their grand entrance through a shower of sparkles before taking to the dance floor for their first dance. The cloud effect was perfect for this dreamy wedding.

Camille sang Frozen by Sabrina Claudio as their guests enjoyed their dinner. The couple then cut their luxurious wedding cake, pairing bold and black geometrics with soft pink and white sugar flowers; before taking to the dance floor.

Located in Tampa's historic Hyde Park neighborhood, The Orlo, built-in 1896, was the perfect setting for Christine and Blake's beautiful wedding. And our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team was thrilled to be part of their day.

The ladies took full advantage of the ready room and beautiful setting at The Orlo.

They spent the morning getting ready and taking some incredible photos around the property.

The guys took a slightly more modern approach, getting ready at Marriott Water street.

Christine and Blake chose hunter green and lots of fresh greenery as the principal design elements paired with pops of white and warm wood and gold accents.

The indoor wedding ceremony took full advantage of the rich dark wood floors, balancing them with a white fabric drape and lush greenery.

The Moon Gate wedding structure added a touch of modern detailing, wrapped in greenery with layers white floral.

The intimate wedding ceremony was broadcast online for family and friends who were not able to attend.

The cocktail hour included unique and personal touches. A lounge seating area created a comfortable place to gather while incorporating emerald green lounge furniture with gold and white accent pillows.

Comfort foods included Mac N Cheese Cups and 'Cuban Cigars,' a play on Tampa's iconic Cuban Sandwiches.

As a nod to Texas family, the couple's signature cocktail was 'West Texas Ranch Water,' a combination of Tequila, Topo Chico Water, and Lime. Custom drink koozies added a bit of whimsey with the couple's wedding date and some cute sayings.

The reception décor combined rustic wooden tables with other tables draped in textured white linen.

Collections of high and low centerpieces added interest with lush greenery, pops of white flowers, gold accents, and lots of candlelight tying all of the looks together.

The couple made their grand entrance and took to the dancefloor to "This Will Be… an everlasting love!"

Wedding guests enjoyed a night filled with love, a delicious dinner buffet of comfort foods, and great music.

The newlyweds' love of a local bakery led them to include an intimate wedding cake surrounded by luscious cupcakes as a sweet treat to end their night.

For our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team, the words beachy and Boho just seem to go together perfectly. And, we can’t think of a more fantastic location for a beachy-Boho wedding than beautiful Siesta Key.

Our team worked with Ashley and Tyler to blend these two beautiful styles into one incredibly luxurious wedding. After postponing their wedding twice in 2020 – their family and friends came together to celebrate one year after the initially scheduled wedding. After waiting nearly two years, they were finally able to have the wedding of their dreams.

The wedding color story incorporated blush, taupe, and coral with gold accents. Everything was kissed with color and eclectic elements, from their elegant custom invitation suite to the tiniest dessert detail.

The couple’s beach wedding ceremony was a mix of fantasy and function. They exchanged their wedding vows in front of a Moon Gate wedding structure accented with an explosion of pampas grass highlighted by brightly colored florals. Elegant natural wood chairs framed the aisle with rattan baskets of parasols available to shade wedding guests.

After exchanging wedding vows, the couple made their way up the aisle to “All You Need Is Love” by the Beatles. Heading off to the resort’s lawn for cocktail hour, guests were greeted by a one-of-a-kind champagne wall, bite-sized taste treats, and the sounds of a Sax and Bass Duo.

Their beachy-Boho wedding reception was picture perfect! Round tables were draped in soft blush linens, alongside long wooden farmhouse tables accented with blush fabric table runners. Eclectic vessels overflowed with grasses and blush, coral, and taupe florals. Gold rimmed charger plates, gold flatware, and blush glassware completed the stunning tablescapes.

Lighting set the mood for things to come. Tables were layered with candles under a canopy of twinkling market lights. Incredible rattan basket lights hung throughout the outdoor reception. As the sun began to set, the newlyweds took to the dancefloor for their first dance to “Lover of the Lights” by Mumford and Sons.

The night was filled with delicious food and lots of dancing as Ashley and Tyler brought lots of fun energy to their reception. And, what better way to cap off the night than some unique hand-crafted ice cream sandwiches.
