Guests were greeted by custom-built bars from Upstaged SRQ, designed exclusively for the couple. The Design
The color palette reminded us of sunshine itself; bright, bold hues with pops of coral, citrus, and blush. Every design element felt fresh and joyful, with LilyBella Floral Design bringing the vision to life through lush arrangements full of texture and color.
The reception design carried that same vibrant energy, blending contemporary style with timeless Southern charm. From the statement florals to the playful signage and custom details, the entire aesthetic was cheerful, polished, and completely unforgettable.
Meaningful Details
Ella and Callahan wanted their day to feel personal and full of life, and it absolutely did. One of our favorite design moments was the custom bar installation created by Upstaged SRQ. It wasn’t just a functional feature; it became the centerpiece of the space, tying together the colors and adding a sense of personality to the design.
When the sun set, Tampa Bay DJ Co. turned the night into an all-out celebration. The dance floor was packed from start to finish, the energy was electric, and the evening ended in the most electric way; fireworks lighting up the sky.
