On a warm March afternoon at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Genevieve and Jacob did exactly that. Their celebration was an ode to understated elegance, where every moment, from the ceremony vows to the final danc, reflected their calm, confident connection and effortless sense of style. 

Refined Simplicity 

Genevieve and Jacob approached their day with a shared vision: to create an atmosphere that felt welcoming, intentional, and beautiful without excess. Their neutral color palette — soft whites, creamy taupes, and delicate blush undertones — set the tone for a day defined by balance and grace. 

From the beginning, our goal as planners was to let simplicity speak for itself. Tailored Twig’s floral design did just that, bringing texture and movement through layered blooms and organic arrangements that felt as timeless as they did modern. 

Genevieve was radiant — her look natural and refined, with Brides by Kelly Anne + Co. creating a soft, romantic glow that highlighted her effortless beauty. Jacob mirrored her calm presence, grounding the day with his quiet charm and genuine emotion. Together, they brought an energy that made everyone around them feel at ease. 

The Ceremony 

Their ceremony took place in a serene outdoor setting that needed little more than nature’s own backdrop. The air was still, filled with anticipation as Genevieve made her entrance — poised, graceful, and entirely present. 

It was an intimate moment, surrounded by those who know them best. The ceremony design echoed the couple’s refined aesthetic: soft lighting by FyreFly Productions, a delicate floral arch framing the altar, and a layout that allowed each guest to feel part of the experience.

The Reception 

Inside the grand ballroom, we reimagined classic elegance with a modern edge. Upstaged SRQ and Wrap My Floor transformed the space through layers of light, texture, and reflective surfaces that brought depth and warmth. Candlelight flickered across tables adorned with Tailored Twig’s florals, while US Tent Rental, Treasury Rentals, and Stella Rose Events contributed elevated details that made the space feel cohesive and luxurious. 

The dinner was relaxed but refined — filled with conversation, laughter, and a sense of genuine togetherness. Later, the celebration shifted effortlessly into a night of dancing, led by the energy of the couple and the glow of a room that felt alive with joy. 

The Moments That Mattered 

What made this wedding remarkable wasn’t one single design choice, but the harmony of it all. Every element — from the floral design to the lighting — felt curated but never contrived.
