Our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team loved working with Ally and Josh on their spectacular Old Florida-styled wedding at The Addison in Boca Raton.

The building constructed in 1926 is a historic estate filled with old-world elegance and extraordinary architectural charm.

The couple loved the Old Florida style. Their destination wedding was infused with tropical colors, flowers, and details – from the invitation suites to the incredible wedding cake.

Each bridesmaid wore a gown in a different color, including coral, papaya, and peach. Their bouquets brought in all of the colors and featured similar flowers as the centerpieces.

Ally's elegant ballgown with lace detailing popped against the background of her wedding party's dresses and flowers.

Josh and his groomsmen looked handsome in their blue suits with patterned ties and tropical tone pocket squares.

The wedding ceremony was set in a courtyard under 100-year-old banyan trees with a cascading fountain as the backdrop. A magnificent asymmetrical floral wedding structure in brilliant tropical flowers framed the couple perfectly.

Their wedding ceremony included a personalized wine ceremony, and their dog, Daisy, who wore a sign reading "I Loved Her First."

This was not Daisy's only appearance. The bride's choice for the signature cocktail was the 'Dog – Loma," a spin on her favorite, a Paloma. The second was dedicated to the groom's favorite Mojito cocktail. The Josh-ito was a hit!

In addition to the personalized cocktails, the cocktail hour was filled with delicious comfort foods, including Aged Cheddar Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Pigs in a Blanket, Short Rib Tacos, and Red Chili and Curry Seared Ahi Tuna.

The estate's ballroom with original pecky cypress accents, magnificent wrought iron chandeliers played off the tones of Mallard and Brass with bright tropical flowers.

Modern glassware, wooden chargers, table numbers, and velvet linens added texture and interest.

Other focal points included a lavish dessert display with bitesize treats and the couple's three-tiered white wedding cake embellished with dried citrus and fresh bright-colored florals.

Our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team knows there is no such thing as a small detail, even when if the wedding only has 20 guests.

Our team loved working with Rebecca and Marvin on their recent Siesta Key beach wedding. Their intimate wedding was filled with incredible flowers and fabulous food.

The day began at a private home where the couple and their wedding party got ready and took some time for amazing photos. We love the delicate embroidery, opaque fabric, and detailing in Rebecca’s elegant wedding gown.

Their bouquets and boutonnieres included blush, lavender, and white florals – including one special request from Rebecca. Peonies, her favorite flower. Which luckily in season and came in a variety of colors and textures.

After their first look and some photos on the house’s rooftop, the couple and their guests made their way to Siesta Key for a luxurious wedding. The details, from the chairs to the florals, were lush and unexpected for a beach wedding. Natural wood ‘King Louis’ chairs created an aisle in the sand, flanking a petal-covered walkway. Four tall garden urns marked each end of the aisle, overflowing with colorful flowers.

Wedding guests were greeted by Champagne and an infused water station with Strawberry-Basil and Blueberry-Rosemary waters. ‘I’m Yours’ played softly in the background as Rebecca made her way down the aisle where the couple exchanged their wedding vows surrounded by family and close friends. The beach wedding ended in a Champagne toast before returning to the guest house.

After a welcome by the groom, the newlyweds and their guests enjoyed a relaxing evening filled with delicious food stations.

The evening included a Modern Artisan Cheese Display, Charcuterie Station, and Nosh Bar with various Dips and Breads. The evening also included an incredible selection of Small Plates that included – a salad of Campari Tomatoes, Ricotta Salata and Honey-Basil Vinaigrette, Beef Tenderloin Skewers with Horseradish Crema, Tropical Shrimp Ceviche, Mini Wagyu Beef Sliders, Jerk Chicken Lollipops and Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard.

As we said, there’s no such thing as a small detail!

One thing our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team loves is a bride who loves to showcase her love for sparkles!

We loved working with Caprice and Jon because that was precisely Caprice's vision for her wedding.

The couple's luxurious Sarasota wedding was designed in black and white with a touch of silver to add the glitz and glamour the bride was looking for.

From the stunning black wedding invitation suite with silver lettering to her all-white bridal bouquet with a shimmering wrap, every detail was black or white with a touch of sparkle.

Their day began with a first look on the hotel's rooftop deck overlooking Sarasota. They were joined for photos by their wedding party, dressed in black.

The ceremony space was created by draping the entire room in white. The focal point was a white wedding structure overflowing with stems of white orchids and a crystal chandelier.

The space was set with silver chairs and floating candles in glass cylinders lining the aisle.

Caprice made her entrance, escorted by her father, to a harpist playing Schubert's "Ava Maria." The couple exchanged their wedding vows in a private ceremony, surrounded by family and close friends.

Following the ceremony, wedding guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with an assortment of butler passed hors d' oeuvres as well as a Pasta Station and Antipasti Display. Before making their way into the ballroom.

Every direction you turned, the ballroom shimmered. Glass charger plates and luxurious metallic chairs reflected the light from around the room. Crystals and eclectic chandeliers hung from the ceiling while collections of candles lit the tablescape.

Shimmering black linen, custom black menu cards, and black napkins accented with white orchids completed the tabletop. Each table was created with luxurious collections of flowers in unique vessels.

After her sneak peek at the ballroom, Caprice exclaimed, "Everything is Stunning," and loved the allure that the silver details brought in.

One of the focal points of the design was a ten-tiered white and silver cake decorated with handcrafted sugar flowers. It had silver jewel-embellished bands as well as intricate designs on each tier.

Every detail of this luxurious Sarasota wedding focused on the vision the bride shared with our team. Chic lounge furniture, delicious food, and shimmering details all completed this magical design.

Brittany and Jason’s beautiful wedding was moved to the Ritz Carlton Beach Cub just three weeks before their big day.

It turned out to be the ideal location for this Sarasota tropical wedding filled with palm leaves and pops of citrus orange.

From the couple’s elegant invitation suite to all of the whimsical touches along the way.

This beautiful wedding whispered tropical retreat. The traces of palm fronds, pineapples, and warm orange tones created an unforgettable day.

How adorable are the miniature pineapples in the boutonnieres?

The wedding gazebo set in the tropical garden on a barrier island was a beautiful escape from the real world, surrounded by family and friends.

The backdrop for Brittany and Jason to exchange their wedding vows was a lush arch of foliage dotted with pops of orange in several shades.

The couple chose wooden Jenga blocks as a unique guest book. Guests could inscribe words of wisdom or funny thoughts during the cocktail hour. While relaxing in a custom-designed terrace lounge, guests enjoyed specially selected bourbons and scrumptious hors d’ oeuvres.

These included Rock Shrimp Salad in Tortilla Cups with Lime Cream, Mac and Cheese Melts with Bacon Jam, Chili Lime Chicken Kebobs with Cilantro Mayonnaise, and Bacon Wrapped Scallops with Citrus Aioli.

Our bride and groom took a few minutes away from photos and their guests for a first look at the wedding reception décor. The newlyweds were blown away.

Bamboo chairs and modern wooden charger plates grounded the eclectic look. Brilliant orange napkins layered with greenery and a single floral bloom added a pop of color along with the elegant tropical floral collections.

Sleek gold and glass table numbers played off the elegant vintage glassware and modern flatware.

The couple began the festivities with their first dance to “Yours” by Russel Dickerson. This was followed by a prayer by the grandmother of the bride and an incredible multi-course dinner.

Between courses, Brittany and Jason stepped away for a few sunset photos before rejoining the reception for a few toasts.

Everyone enjoyed the tropical-inspired wedding cake filled with Lemon Custard and Raspberry Mousse, and some incredible bite-sized sweets.

This wedding design was indeed a tropical paradise.

Chloe and Andrew's Amalfi Coast-inspired wedding was so much fun for our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team.

Chloe comes from a huge Italian family, so the Tuscan and Amalfi Coast vibe had very personal touches.

The color palette of blues, yellows, and pinks was incredible.

Lemons and greenery were infused throughout the day, from custom wedding invitations to Andrew's socks and the couple's intricate wedding cake. It was a stunning sunny yellow pop of color.

The couple's Catholic wedding ceremony was filled with family, love, and lots of flowers.

The incredible trailing greenery cascading over the altar's steps created a pop of color against the white marble.

The newlyweds spent time with family and wedding parties after the wedding ceremony, capturing those once-in-a-lifetime photos.

The soft pinks and bright blues carried through the wedding party's attire with lush greenery for the bridal party bouquets.

Wedding guests were greeted with glasses of Prosecco as they arrived at the Cocktail Hour, which also included Signature Cocktails with names like the Sicilian Kiss, Pino's Bellini, Italian Old Fashioned.

Additionally, the cocktail reception included a Seafood Station, an incredible Antipasto Display, and Butler Passed Hors d 'Oeuvres.

The country club lawn was set with roundtables draped in crisp white linens. The tablescapes were a meld of classic and contemporary with soft floral arrangements and pillar candles blending with modern gold charger plates.

Bright lemons were the perfect way to display place cards, alongside more traditional Jordan almonds at each place setting.

The couple made their entrance to the wedding reception with their First Dance to "Perfect Symphony" by Ed Sheeran, sung in English and Italian.

Their parent dances also included a special dance with the bride and her Grandfather to "Volare."

The fantastic dinner service included a wine service of Tuscan wines with Prosecco to toast the bride and groom.

An evening filled with dancing and laughter included a cigar bar with hand-rolled cigars.

Additionally, a dessert station had over two dozen varieties of Italian cookies and some of the couple's favorite candies.

However, the showstopper of the evening had to be the towering five-tiered, hand-painted wedding cake patterned with Italian tile, lemons, and the monogram from the couple's invitations.

The inside was as impressive as the outside with Lemon Cream and Hazelnut Espresso flavors.

Our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning Team had so much for working with Alexa and Manny on their Tampa wedding at the historic Orlo.

The two met on Tinder and are proud of it. They even included a few swipes at it in their wedding details.

The couple's intimate wedding ceremony ended with a kiss and their recessional to "Your Love Keeps Lifting Me Higher" by Jackie Wilson.

The perfect song for a couple who has been nearly inseparable since they first met.

The couple took advantage of the beautiful architecture of the historic Tampa landmark for plenty of wedding portraits, including an incredible 1979 white Rolls Royce.

Meanwhile, their wedding guests enjoyed a cocktail reception with a fantastic Champagne Wall; delicious butler passed hors d' oeuvres and several food stations.

But the highlight of the cocktail reception was their Signature Cocktails. They created a "Manny-Rita," a spin on a traditional margarita with a Puerto Rican twist. And the "Alexa…Make me a Martini" with the guests' choice of gin or vodka with fresh lime, elderflower liqueur, and cucumber.

We love all the elegant and personal details they included in their wedding day. From our unique "Mona Lisa" seating chart and a specialty drink bar overflowing with fresh flowers, custom beverage napkins with fun facts about the couple to beer koozies with "love at first swipe."

The other incredible detail throughout the wedding was the Charleston vibe Alexa wanted as part of the wedding day.

That classic blue color began with the wedding party attire, and flowers continued into their details and décor.

The ballroom was set with crisp white linens and accented with gold chivari chairs and modern gold flatware.

But the stunning blue and white patterned china, custom round menu cards, and touches of blue in the floral arrangement a pop of color.

The couple had their first dance to "Millionaire" by Chris Stapleton, followed by parent dances, toasts, and a delicious multi-course dinner before Alexa changed into her second wedding dress to take to the dance floor.

The fantastic evening ended with the couple cutting their ombre blue and white wedding cake and some late-night snacks and a surprise.

Because, who doesn't love pizza, Krispy Cream Donuts, and a good night kiss under a fountain of sparklers.

Caitlin and Deryk’s wedding was postponed as it was initially scheduled on the first weekend after the nationwide shutdown.

However, the couple was so sweet and patiently marrying in a private ceremony and then celebrating with family and friends at the end of 2020.

Our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team was so happy we could be part of their big day.

Caitlin and Deryk both come from big families who made their wedding a big family affair!

The morning was filled with wedding parties getting ready, the couple’s first look, and family photographs.

Their Marie Selby Gardens wedding ceremony began with Caitlin, escorted by her father, made her entrance to Glenn Miller’s “Moonlight Serenade.” The vow renewal, officiated by the bride’s brother, was personal and touching.

Following some wedding party and sunset photos, the couple and their guests enjoyed an outdoor wedding reception under a canopy of market lights, crystal chandeliers, and a canopy of trees.

Following their introductions, the newlyweds had their first dance to “I Love You For Sentimental Reasons” by Nat King Cole and had a little fun playing the shoe game.

Plated courses of Yellow and Red Tomatoes with Fresh Mozzarella and Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Sage and Parmesan Cheese lead to a family-style feast.

Dinner included platters of Flat Iron Steak, Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast, Herbed Mahi Mahi with an assortment of side dishes.

Tables draped in crisp linen were filled with collections of candles, tall floral arrangements on metallic risers, and unique vases with delicate bouquets were the perfect setting for this family affair.

The party continued with beautiful toasts, parent dances, and the couple cutting their four-tiered white wedding cake before a family photo and the newlywed’s sendoff under a shower of sparklers.

Dakota and Alex's wedding at a Private Estate in Venice, was absolutely amazing. The wedding had a sophisticated romantic, Shakespearian feel. The design was inspired by a tapestry, 'The Unicorn in Captivity,' a piece made to commemorate the wedding of Louis Xll to Anne of Brittany.

Dakota looked stunning in a strapless wedding gown with a cathedral-length wedding gown, one of two looks for the evening.

The bride made her entrance walking halfway down the cathedral's aisle by herself before having her parents join her for the rest of the walk to her groom.

Following their wedding ceremony, the couple made their way to the reception site at a private estate, where they had plenty of time for some fantastic wedding photos. Dakota is very passionate about her horses. Her champion horse, Goose, was included in the wedding as her Unicorn.

A large tent was erected on the expansive property for dinner and dancing, allowing for lots of space surrounding the tent for the cocktail reception.

Under the tent, there were a number of long wooden feasting tables, allowing larger groups of extended family to sit together. The center of the wooden tables was filled with shimmering pink fabric runners and eclectic vases filled with pink and white flowers. Rose gold goblets filled with candles and dozens of votive candles wound their way down the tables. Additionally, round tables were draped in pink sequin linen with round mirrors layered with delicate floral arrangements and candles as their centerpieces. Gold chivari chairs, charger plates, and flatware, and pink satin napkins tied in a French knot connected the two collections together.

The reception was filled with incredible details reflecting the couple and the romantic, sophisticated vibe. A neon sign with a unicorn and the couple's last name, a candy buffet with a unicorn ice carving we just a few details.

The couple's wedding cake was amazing! The three-tiered square wedding cake was displayed inside a white wrought iron gazebo covered in beautiful floral clusters. The cake itself hung on a glass disc draped in crystals and was topped with a unicorn. Lighting the cake from underneath created a shimmering effect and made the cake appear to float in midair.

This spectacular wedding was truly one of a kind.

This Sunset Beach Resort wedding was so sweet! From the couple and the soft color story to all the sweet treats -this wedding was a pleasure for our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team.

The couple were both were fun, laid back, and easy to work with, allowing our team to take their vision and create their dream wedding.

Jayme and Dylan were one of our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning couples who had to postpone their 2020 wedding. They waited seven months and could not have been more excited to finally get married!

Their custom wedding invitation suite included a "You Can't Quarantine Love!" change the date card, complete with a custom drawing of the masked couple.

Jayme looked stunning in a modern wedding gown swirling in white sequin. She carried a loose hand-tied bridal bouquet of textured white florals and lush greenery. It was accented by a handkerchief with a hand-stitched message. "Jayme, I will be with you today and always. Grandpa"

Dylan looked quite handsome, walking barefoot wearing linen slacks, a white shirt with suspenders.

The couple enjoyed a first look and some time together before their beach wedding ceremony. A simple white frame wedding structure with boughs of greenery and a few flowers was the perfect backdrop.

An outdoor wedding reception was created under a canopy of twinkling market lights. Rustic wooden farmhouse tables were topped with a soft pink fabric runner. Eclectic collections of glassware filled with pink and white flowers surrounded by votive candles filled the center of the long tables. Glass charger plates with a gold scalloped edge and gold flatware and custom menu cards completed the romantic look.

And, how much do you love the mismatched wooden dining room chairs?

Jayme and Dylan took to the dancefloor for their first dance to "Everything" by Michael Bublé, followed by dinner and a few toasts.

Their intimate, single-tier gold drip wedding cake was one of the delicious sweet treats to compliment the evening. An assortment of sized treats and a custom-designed donut wall captured the attention of their wedding guests.

The evening continued with parent and wedding party dances before opening up the dancefloor for a night of dancing under the stars.

Congratulations, Jayme and Dylan. We wish you a very sweet life!

Our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team can’t stop gushing over Amanda and Justin’s Boho-inspired wedding at the beautiful Casa Ybel Resort.

Amanda was very hands-on in the design process. She wanted the color palette to reflect the soft sunset tones with a Boho beach vibe.

She created all paper goods herself, along with the signage and seating chart. The collaboration was incredible.

Additionally, Amanda was all about texture! She wanted to mix satin with velvet for the table linens and also the bridesmaid dresses.

And, how cute are the flower girl dresses?

The bride looked stunning in her sleek, form-fitting wedding dress. The sheer illusion lace bodice and cap sleeves were the perfect look for this Boho design.

The couple chose not to see each other before their wedding ceremony. However, they took some time for some photos with their wedding party before the wedding ceremony.

The outdoor Captiva wedding ceremony was held on a wide-open lawn dotted with palm trees. Officiated by the groom’s brother-in-law, the ceremony was held on a round platform surrounded by lush grasses and floral arrangements.

The long, low arrangements created incredible focal points for the ceremony space.

After exchanging their wedding vows, the newlyweds took time for some sunset and family photos. At the same time, guests enjoyed the cocktail hour and some fun Polaroid pics.

The outdoor tented wedding reception was an explosion of soft beach colors and unique, interesting details.

Wooden tables and chairs sat under hanging rattan lanterns. From table to table, the charger plates, linens floral collections changed, incorporating fantastic warmth.

Vintage glassware was mixed with modern details and incredibly textured flowers in soft muted color pallets.

How sweet is the couple’s vintage red velvet loveseat at the sweetheart table?

Following toasts and dinner, the couple took to the dancefloor for their first dance to “All Your’n” by Tyler Childers. Amanda and Justin followed their dance with parent dances and a dance with all of the married couples dancing to “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran.

Congratulations, Amanda and Justin! Thank you for allowing our Jennifer Matteo Event Planning team to be part of your perfect day.
