A Note From the Planner:
"Eric & Julia fell in love with Savannah about a year before their wedding - when they decided to get away for a long weekend together. This was the first time they really talked about getting married and their future together, so when the proposal came - Savannah was the only location for them. The beauty really is in the details with this intimate wedding. With only 30 guests, I worked closely with the bride and groom to plan the perfect celebration of their new life together. The ceremony was held at historic Columbia Square with vintage pews and surrounded by beautiful trees. She wore a dreamy Amsale gown, and he wore custom cuff links - engraved with his initials and a ruby in memory of his late mother. (A gift from the bride, of course)After the ceremony all guests enjoyed a historic trolley ride around the city and were then taken to the reception location - Harper Fowlkes House. Cocktail hour was enjoyed inside the home, and a 6 course dinner followed. The tables were accented with Mr. & Mrs. Peaches with custom calligraphy, engraved name cards from Germany so each guest knew their seating and an abundance of gorgeous blooms, candles and elegance. Dinner was a touch of southern elegance from Shrimp and Grits to homemade Georgia Peach Sorbet and Sriracha chicken and waffles. The evening was completed with heartfelt toasts, cake cutting and dancing to live music from a local singer / songwriter. It truly was a magical evening, and I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to have planned it with such a lovely couple!"
